2022 'Mooncat'-Organic Old Bush Shou Puerh-Mini Tuocha

This lovely 'gong ting', also known as imperial grade shou puerh made from 50+ year old tea bushes growing in an organic tea garden in Simao, southern Yunnan. It is certainly among the most enjoyable teas that we have found in this price range, we were quite impressed from the first infusion when we tried it! This is due in large part to the very skillfully executed pile fermentation, which can make or break a tea like this.

Pressed into convenient and easy ~5 gram mini tuochas. Just drop one into your pot or thermos and steep away!
