About Us

Inner Earth Tea is a small, family run project based in the mountains of beautiful Mendocino County, California. It was born out of our deep love for tea and a desire to share the connective and communal medicine that we hold dear. We are homesteaders, artists, medicine makers, craftspeople, teachers, lovers of beauty and students of life.

One doesn't have to look very far to see the damages and destruction caused by modern industrial agriculture and food production, and tea is not an exception to this movement. Our mission is to provide teas that bring benefit to everyone involved: from the earth and the trees themselves, to the farmers and producers, and to all of us, the sippers, steepers and lovers of the leaf. We endeavor to find exceptional teas from small family farms and responsible producers, grown in accordance with nature.
