2022 Si Ji Chun "Four Seasons Spring" Oolong Tea

Another fantastic Taiwanese style oolong grown organically in Thailand. Lightly oxidized "green" style ball oolong with a wonderful floral/ fruit aroma and thick oily mouthfeel. When brewed in the gong fu method, it will just go and go...and go. Sometimes is has seemed as if the session might never end.

An oolong connoisseur friend of ours has remarked that this tea is among the best in this style that he has tried, placing it amongst much more expensive Taiwanese high mountain oolongs.
