'Brigitta'- 2006 Old Tree Shou Puerh (loose leaf)

A very clean and pleasant aged shou puerh!

Produced by the Hong Tai Chang brand in 2006 from 200-500 year old tea trees growing in the Chiang Mai province of northern Thailand.

Soft and smooth texture, hazelnuts and walnuts upfront with milky notes, as well as mellow woody tones.

Brigitta is named after the goddess Brigid and the return to the inner flame she brings at the halfway point of winter. She represents radiance, nature, and healing- amongst many others. This tea has illuminated our inner flame even on the coldest of winter days, and walks steady with us into spring’s return.
